Submitting an RFQ does not create a sale or guarantee availability. Specifications, destination, documentation, payment and delivery terms are confirmed in a final quotation.
Payment
Bank wire, USDT and BTC may be accepted. Payment details are supplied only through an approved quotation or invoice.
Quality disputes
Any independent retesting that may trigger a remedy must be agreed in writing before testing, including the batch, sample condition, test scope, laboratory, decision rule and fee allocation. Freedom Diagnostics Testing or Vanguard Laboratory may be selected for an actual quality dispute.
