Independent retesting for an actual quality dispute
When a quality dispute occurs, the batch, sample condition, test scope, decision rule and fee allocation must be agreed in writing before retesting. The agreed independent laboratory may be Freedom Diagnostics Testing or Vanguard Laboratory.
